What happens next?

When we have received the information, we will review the material and contact you if anything is missing, or if there are conditions regarding the route, vehicle or load that need to be clarified.

We will then agree on the next steps, including the application, route assessment and any need for an escort vehicle or STA.

Please note

A submitted enquiry is not in itself an application for a special transport permit. An enquiry will typically — by agreement — lead to an application for a special transport permit with the Danish Road Directorate. The transport may only be carried out once the necessary permit has been issued by the Danish Road Directorate and any conditions in the permit have been met.
